This is something I have been expecting, the whole world is expecting it eventually. US intelligence sources according to Congressman and Senators says they believe China will invade Taiwan in 2027. I believe they may invade Taiwan in April 2026.

Right now, NATO’s air defense and weapons are being shipped to Ukraine to fight off Russia. That war cannot go on forever. In a way Russia is acting like a client state of China, prolonging the war I believe until China can invade Taiwan. That way NATO and the US especially has to split it’s weapons aid between Ukraine and Taiwan and have some for themselves.

All that was before the US and Israel launched a war against Iran. US air defenses that were given to our Middle Eastern allies has depleted more Patriot missile defense systems than Ukraine did the entire war so far against Russia. If China was ever to have an advantage in taking Taiwan right now would be the time to strike.

Recently Xi of China purged his top military brass, at least many of his top guys. Some see this as a sign that China’s weakened by this and thus unprepared for war in Taiwan. I have always believed and admired China’s patience. It seems at most times they are content to put maximum pressure against it’s neighbors and enemy’s while at the same time having the patience of a Buddha to simply wait until their enemy’s collapse on their own. This way of Eastern thinking looks from the scope of centuries and millennia. Not like our Western way of impatience and foolish action.

That being said. In the last few weeks China has pulled back it’s jet’s and Airforce from their patrol’s around Taiwan. Some people see this as possibly China trying to lower the pressure with the West and the US ahead of President Trump’s visit to Beijing at the end of March and first few days of April. I highly doubt that. I do not think President Trump cares about Taiwan or would go any length to actually defend it. Thus I don’t think China would drop the pressure on Taiwan to satisfy Trump for the sake of trade goals.

Another theory that I read from an article yesterday makes sense. It is possible that China has called in their aircraft and jet’s to prepare for the invasion of Taiwan. To do maintenance and equip them with the weapons needed for the Invasion.

Also, another factor. Taiwan is an island. One of the main way’s China will get their army onto Taiwan is by way of sea landings. So they need the sea to be calm to make this work. There are two best windows for this type of invasion and one of them is April-May.

Another thing, Russia invaded Ukraine, US invaded Venezuela and captured their president and stole their oil trade. US is threatening to take Greenland from Denmark and to topple the regime in Cuba. The US has launched a gigantic war from the air against Iran. Threatening also to occupy parts of Iran’s trade route and oil routes. What this does is give China the excuse and precedent to invade Taiwan. Venezuela is a sovereign nation and Trump invaded it. Iran is a sovereign nation and Trump invaded it. However with Taiwan, Taiwan belongs to China and has always been China. They claim independence but in reality China’s claim to Taiwan is legitimate and historic. Even Taiwan’s own official name is the People’s Republic of China.

So here is a list of reasons China should invade Taiwan in April-May.

1. NATO defense weakened by giving aid to Ukraine
2. US air defense weakened by supplying Middle Eastern allies
3. Sea conditions are best for Taiwan invasion in April-May
4. US has set the precedent of invading enemy nations

Now the impacts if they do actually invade Taiwan.

They would take over TSMC, the most important company in the world that supplies virtually ALL high end computer chips for the world’s products. From cars, phones, computers, smart devices, AI, gaming, it is all from TSMC. So the US may be attempting to take a large monopoly on oil but China will control the computer chips. This would devastate the world economy, so many unknowns.

This would bring about.

1. Fears of World War 3
2. Fears of economic collapse
3. World instibility
4. Trade War

I do not say anything that I say to bring fear or panic. However to that point there are a few practical things to keep in mind and do. Not out of fear but out of wisdom especially if you have a family.

1. Get Cash, other trading commodities like gold and silver on hand not in a bank.
2. Get Food, rice is shelf stable for years and is extremely cheap. (I bought a 25 lb bag of rice for $11 at Sam’s Club.) start setting aside some long lasting food.

It doesn’t hurt to have some extra of those things on hand and other necessitates. If you remember covid we created a man made shortage of toilet paper because people were hoarding it. We are the same type of people. If you have advanced warning before such an event, why not heed the warning. Just some extra, no need to panic or fear.

We will see what happens, it’s all possibility and speculation. I am no prophet. I just read the news and read scripture. April 5th to May 21st there will be a lot to look out for and if I am correct, major things happening in the world. God bless, Maranatha!
